Shipping Information 

Koda Healthcare Group uses Australia Post for delivery of all orders. 

After placing an order online with Koda Healthcare Group, here are the steps that will take place: 

1. You shall receive a confirmation email that your payment has been accepted and your order has been placed and is being packed. 

2. All domestic orders are shipping by Australia Post “Express Parcel” service, while International orders are shipped by International Registered mail. 

3. When orders are shipped you shall receive a second email advising your order has been shipped and the tracking number for Express Post or Registered number for International Registered mail. 
 
3. Goods shall be packaged in a manner which shall prevent product damage during transport. 
 
4. Koda will endevour to dispatch your order on THE SAME WORKING DAY if the order is received before 2pm, the following day otherwise. However we cannot guarantee this to be the case 100% of the time.  

Domestic Shipping 

Shipping and handling for domestic orders is a $10 flat fee. 

All orders are shipped by Express Parcel and will be delivered next business day for the postcodes listed below as according to information provide by Australia Post.

International

 

International shipping will be made by registered post and will be delivered to the provided address and may require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as due to safety issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, then a card will most likely be left detailing the nearest Post outlet where the parcel can be collected. (this practice may vary from County to County, so please check with your local postal service) 
 
Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment and prescriptions have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

All Other Regions – $40

Return Policy

All sales on this website are final, so please choose carefully as you cannot obtain a refund or return the products if you simply changed your mind. 
 
However, if damage or error had occurred with shipping, after confirmation of such, we will ship the correct products to you without further charges to you.
